Damien Grey and Legrand Wolf
Dr. Wolf always ensures that his patients know that he has an open door, especially when it comes to the seductive smaller-framed Damien. Unlike other male patients, this boy is swiftly becoming addicted to the way the Doctor gives him the freedom to push boundaries. To say he has an insatiable appetite for Dr. Wolf’s enormous cock is an understatement, but lately Damien has found himself just enjoying the time he’s able to spend with the generous giant.

The good Doctor would always forget just how old Damien actually was because his petite size physically implied he was a bit younger. This was something that Damien was beginning to learn to use to his advantage: rather than feeling insecure about the extreme size difference between the two, he was starting to see it as his super power. Damien noticed the way the Doctor’s large frame lingered when pressed up against the tiny twink’s body, almost swallowing him whole with every embrace, holding Damien tighter than anyone had ever held him. His boyish face, cheeky grin and smoldering eyes grant him the ability to charm just about anyone who catches his eye.

But it’s the way that Dr. Wolf goes above and beyond to ensure Damien is playing safely with others that really resonates with the Latino twink. The tall top knows the boy well enough to understand that his eagerness to push boundaries could potentially get him in trouble if he met up with the wrong guy.

After discovering that the boisterous bottom was actively pursuing an online sex opportunity, the MD has even caught himself growing to care for the boy, adopting a sort of daddy-like bond with him. The Doctor encourages Damien to touch base often, so he wasn’t surprised to see the name show up on his schedule as the final patient of the day. The Doctor does have a surprise for his eager patient, however; a new toy of sorts that he was hoping to test out. He knows that the adventurous Damien would be the perfect test subject.

It was getting a little challenging to come up with different reasons to invite the cock-hungry boy into the Doctor’s office, but the receptionist never questioned penciling Damien in for another check-up, making sure that the boy was Dr. Wolf’s last appointment of the day.

Upon entering the exam room, Dr. Wolf can detect that mischievous glint in the twink’s eyes as they greet each other. Damien perks up once the Doctor’s tall frame fills the threshold, instantly creating a sort of tangible humidity that fills the room. The Latino boy feels his face getting flush, his cheeks burning red the moment he locks eyes with the MD. It takes everything in the boy’s power not to jump off the exam table once the door was closed firmly behind them.

Dr. Wolf is only in the exam room a few minutes before his tree-like height towers over Damien’s succulent-like stature, coming in for a kiss the moment they are in close proximity. White undies tent out with a boy-cock throbbing so hard that the still-fully-clothed Dr. Wolf complimented its size, giving Damien a sense of pride. The Doctor’s large hands cup the boy’s bubble butt like some athletes might grab a basketball with a single hand.

Desperate for a taste of the large snake waiting to slither out of the Doctor’s undies, Damien gets on his knees. He somehow manages to fit the monstrous member into his small mouth. It was like watching a snake eat an egg too big for its body, knowing that with enough time it would be consumed entirely.

Excited to try out something new, Damien hops back up on the exam table and lifts his legs into the metal stirrups as the Doctor grabs hold of the ultrasound device. After slathering some of the lube onto the device and positioning the wand over the boy’s groin, the small screen off to the side of the exam table comes to life with the black and white internal view of Dr. Wolf’s huge cock filling both the tiny screen and Damien’s narrow crevice.

The Latino boy can’t take his eyes off of the visual as he sees, for the first time, what it looks like to have his favorite MD’s appendage open up his tight hole. Moans fill the exam room as Dr. Wolf sinks his cucumber-sized dick into Damien’s dime-sized opening totally raw, the enormous dick filling the entirety of the tiny monitor. It’s a good thing they were alone in the office at that point, as there was no way Dr. Wolf could conjure up a believable story to cover up the unmistakable rhythmic squeaking of the exam table, and how each of them left the appointment naked, sweaty and sporting that after-sex glow.
